By accessing or using Spequlo, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Spequlo provides AI-powered virtual try-on, digital wardrobe management, and sizing recommendation services. Our platform allows you to visualize how clothing items look on you before purchasing. Results are generated by AI and are approximations — actual fit and appearance may vary.
3. User Accounts
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading harmful content, attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models, using the service for unauthorized commercial purposes, or interfering with other users' access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our service, you grant Spequlo a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of providing virtual try-on results. All other content, including our AI models, software, and branding, remains the property of Spequlo.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spequlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any purchasing decisions made based on virtual try-on results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
